YES CA CAN TAKE INPUT CREDIT OF SERVICE TAX PAID BY HIM ON TELEPHONE AND COURIER.

Yes as these are input services - ST charged by other CAs or other professionals, so are group accident policy, AMC of equipments / DG set / rent ( if ST paid on any of these). The central excise duty on equipments/ computers if under avlid invoice ( regisration under CE + indication of CAD separately) are also eligible.
