No Neg Impact as I've observed...

Surfing speed as well as dowloading speed zooms up upto 20 percent...

Logically if someone Increase reserve ratio 100% then as per your opinion Internet speed should be Zero

but not in actually

Try by decreasing it to 0 then let me know whether I'm wrong or Not..

I am not able to check what speed has been increaesd, since in our office Internet speed is more than 100 mbps per second. However You may be correct 

And if I am reserving 100% then also no decrease in speed at all.
