Dear All,
I need to incorporate a Public Company.
Query is :-
1) pls suggest incorporating a pvt company first and LATER to convert from pvt to public company will be smoother or directly incorporating public company procedure is smoother ??
2) if later on if i want to list a company at stock exchange , will be any problem due to coversion ?
3) if the Conversion has only effect of delete of the word private -what is the procedure.
