For Income below 10 lakhs is it mandatory to file Return electronically for the A.Y. 2013-2014 ?

Dear Nilotpal,

yes, if the assessee is earning income above Rs. 5 lacs for A.Y. 2013-14, he/she is required to file its return electronically (with digital signature or not).
