Mr. X has been living in USA since one and a half years and is been working in USA, whether he needs to file ITR for A.Y 13-14 in India?

If Mr. X has taxable income in India during the FY 2012-13 above the basic exemption limit of Rs. 2 Lakhs or he is eligible to claim TDS refund or he has earned short- term or long-term capital gain (even if they are below the maximum amount chargeable to tax) or loss from house property then he is required to file ITR.
