I have salary income & i got medical reimbursement/allowances from my employer. I didn't submit him the medical bills and hence he deducted tax on the same.
Now while filing the income tax return can i calm the refund of the TDS deducted on medical allowance as i have the bills for same.
Also if i claim refund than the salary income as per form 16 & as per return will show different figure. So is it allowed??
