Income tax non pan based transaction

Dear All

I received notice from Income tax  for Entering into Financial Transaction - Non Quoting of Pan us 139A(5) & 272B of the Income Tax Act 1961 - Reg

As in the notice details of non Pan Based transaction  is not mentioned.

The department has asked to provide us pan number and Whether Income tax return is filed or not. 

Please advice if we provide the details there will be further any scruity from the Income tax side
