can anyone tell me -- a person who have cleared his first group of pe-2 in 2004, after that he dropped the ca .now he wants to do again so what is the procedure.. can he now directly give the second group.

you just suggest him to call to institute and ask them the status ...they will tell you whatever is possible .....
