IEC RENEWAL

Dear Experts,

                  We are Pvt ltd company taken IEC on 5th Oct 2007. But still we dont have any Imort or export transaction.......

my queries are........

    1.  Is there any particular period for IEC renewal....?

    2. Is there any happens for no transaction on import or export....? If its happens then how many days will be allowed  for a nil import or export transaction.
