It seems unfair i know..

But as such, none of us prepares for getting options, as we ourselves don't know their criteria, etc,..

But yes, one thing will definatly b affected, results r further goin to get down.. As initially, v used to skip the Qs v didnt knw, bt now if v, v'r gonna loose marks... So completely unfair...

its everywhere brother... at ICAI site, caclubindia, castudentsforum, everywhere....

and they also say that papers may get tougher than usual as real hardcore experts are goin to set them with extreme knowledge...

Icai announcement should not be misinterpreted.All questions are always compulsory in all the exams, it is only we get options in sub parts of a particular question. E.G in Taxation(PCC) we get options in Q. No 1, 5 and 6 but we are required to answer all the eight questions on a whole.

it should be clarified whether there will be an internal choice in question.

On what email id should we ask our queries to institute and is it for sure that no theories for COsting and MAFA.. I think Institute should come up with more clear notification.. As does it mean totally elimination of thery question or does it mean that they shall ask Practical type theory questions ??
