Icai reading rooms

Hello experts and students from cci, I would bring to light regarding reading rooms by icai.. In rajkot library, the fees are higher than other library across india reading room by icai (correct me if em wrong). As for eg, 6 months library fees‎ in ahmedabad library is Rs.1000 approx, compare to Rajkot library which is Rs.2500 for six months. Again night shift which runs from 9:00 pm to 11:45 pm, we have to pay extra Rs.200 for the same and that too have many restrictions. So an avg em paying Rs.450 pm for six months reading in icai reading room. Please revert asap.
