Trust other members have seen the CBDT notification regarding the increase in requiremen to quote PAN number of TDS deductees, for before filing the TDS returns. I also read an article, which says that several govt. departments are not even filing the TDS returns. One govt. departments tries to improve the ompliances, while other refuse to budge. Such a paradox in the country's tax administration!!
