my client is an HUF assessee, he wants to know whether the HUF can take Agricultural LAnd for Lease Purpose, than to consider the agricultural income in the books of accounts.
what is the procedure to get a lease for agrticultural land & whether to prepare lease agreemnet or not..

such agreement is likely to get registered under registrar of assurances with premium paid and monthly charges payable mentioned in agreement,
