Dear Ashish,
Interesting One, but I don't think a muslim family can form HUF..
I hope people should not take this query in an Offensive manner..

"It is defined under the Hindu Law as a family that consists of all persons lineally descended from a common ancestor, including wives and unmarried daughters."
As such, the definition of HUF does not restrict any particular religion or any such thing.... But the name itself consist a word "HINDU"..... now, i really dont know what can be the answer for ur Q... Yaar post it at expert's section and plz plz plz do inform me the answer too....

Mohamaddian law applies to muslims. Applicablity differs in hindu law and muslim law.
for example :Rights in hindu by birth, however in muslim by death. and so on.
