ragav maine bhi true hi likha h.... bt i have seen in some old solved papers, there were some answers which were solved like "partially true"... to kuch kah nai sakte institute walon ka apne answers ko kaise interpretete karte h...!!!

state financial corporation is the corporation which is created by state act and in which state govt hold not less than 51% of subscribed share capital...

public financial corporation is different!

read section 224A of CO. act  this sec. write both are different

it is 25% by nationalised bank and insurance company carryin out general insurance bussiness
