institute have alreadyd declared that there will be no options.... paper was moderate not too tough comparatively easy...overall good ,nw lets see how the checking is gonna be..

4(a)- theoritical ans h itna mai likh nai sakta...!!

2 (c)- auditor is not liable coz mgt is responsible for preparing accounts...!! but if auditor doesn't take proper care then auditor can also be held liable...!!!
