This advise is only If you have studied earlier & only for this exam....
1. Study recent amendments properly & also some of the case laws given in Institute case law book from less important chapters...
2. Assessment of Charitable Trust, PGBP, Capital Gain, IFOS, MAT, ITSC are important...
3. If you are referring TN Manohar Book then there are total of 16 case studies in Assessment procedures & Appeals & Revision Chapter... concentrate on those
4. Study throughly time limits applicable in Assessment procedure Chapter including rectification (from Sec 139 till 154) & Powers of Applette authority (sec 246A till 262) & Rivision chapter 263 & 264.
5. Quickly go through Wealth Tax [Important sections for 2 till 7, Valuation Rules (21), sec 16A,18 & 45]
I think this much is essential... If you have time go through RTP... try to shotern in PGBP & Capital Gain coz there u may lose lot of time...
Ok here I just shared my point of view... others may have their own... please dont take it as final... decision should be taken on your own...
ALL THE VERY BEST...... TENSION NAHI LENE KA...... DAHI SHAKKAR KAHKE EXAM JANEKA, WO BOLETO MEMORY BOHOT BADJATI HAI BHAI...
