IF YOU HAVE PAN, THEN YOU CAN FIND THE NAME OF THE PERSON. FOR KNOWING THE NAME, YOU MAY GO TO https://onlineservices.tin.nsdl.com/etaxnew/tdsnontds.jsp & SELECT CHALLAN 280, ON THE UPCOMING SCREEN, FILL ANY DETAIL ON MANDATORY FIELD (i.e. EVEN WRONG DETAIL CAN BE FILLED BUT PAN SHOULD BE CORRECT) & CLICK ON PROCEED. THE WEBSITE WILL AUTOMATICALLY CHECK FOR THE NAME OF THE ASSESSEE BASED ON PAN & NAME OF THE ASSESSEE WILL BE SHOWN IN RED COLOUR AT THE BOTTOM OF THE NEXT SCREEN. THIS IS THE NAME OF ASSESSEE AS PER THE IT RECORDS WHOSE PAN YOU HAVE GIVEN WHILE FILLING THE FORM.
