how to keep update

i'm having no. of years experience in accounts.
last year, i quit my job as my company not paid 6months salary.
still my 2months salary pending but thing is that, i am applying for jobs on naukri.com, monster etc
but still not get a job so please advised me that how to keep update myself about AS, TDS, GST, COMPANIES ACT ETC
& also suggest me other job portal or job consultant
