how to file ITR

hie experts ,, i have rent come of my shop Rs. 70000 per month and i have taken loan from bank which LAP Loan ,, and instalment is rs. 100000 and 70000 is als interest of it .. I'm confused how to file how to adjust rent income with interest ,, income wil be zero ,, and i would not be able to claim TDS ,, Please guide me how to file ITR...
