as per my openion its not a part of direct labour or wages its part of indirect expensess, payment of cleaner boy and maid is covered under salary , it not a wages or direct labour, direcly its a part of salary.
and booked under salary head.

This exp come under Misc. exp (Indirect exp)
you can't treat it under labour exp.

The correct head for the cleaning expenses is office maintenance A/c under indirect expense in P&L A/c

if cleaner is employed by Co. then u/h Salary
if on casual basis then u/h labour charges. can also be accounted u/h ofice maintenance exp.

If it is for factory - debit to wages account (assumed that PF deducted)
If for office - debit to office or misc. expenses account.
