How to appoint first auditor for my company

I had registered a company on 24/10/2013 but till the date i had not appointed first auditor for my company but in pipeline to the appointment.

Kindly guide me for the appointment of firts auditor please help as i have already crossed 6 month.Also kindly mentioned if there is any penality.

Refer sec. 139 ; If not then ,

Make a appointment calling EGM , File MGT-14 with late fees

refer table of fees in (Registration of Offices and Fees) Rules, 2014.
