Hello! I am a CMA inter candidate. Can anyone please tell me can i start practical training before clearing the inter ??

thank you, 1 more question, is joining organization is better than cost firm?? what will be the pay scale in an organization? i know the minimum is 4K, but maximum hw much can i get??

i believe 4k is after clearing inter ,manufacturing units are always preferred by CMAs
