Please anyone help me with the exact section number of the Company Law or Contract Act to identify Company fraud, a company is hiding it's real trade name while promoting all it's products and services on all social media sites and the company is also doing fraud advertising by hiding it's real trade name while doing online advertisements please anyone help me with the exact section number of the Company Law or Contract Act to identify Company fraud
