if u wanna take transfer from ur CA then ladai t o krni hi padegi..CA's dnt hav heart..bt i promise i wont do all ths wth my articles..otherwise they l b pissed off and will curse me...like i do..

see..institute do not allow transfer in any case...kahi aur transfer leke b jaoge waha bhi u hav to work..i know once u will get transfer thn u l take dummy...

and if u r actually pissed off and need transfer thn u hav to fight wth ur CA..pyar se dega nhi wo..i m sure..

my CA gave me transfer after having a fight wth me for more than 1 month....so u better prepare urself for tht..

and ye medical grounds n all..institute ko and CA ko koi matlab nhi hai.....the only wy for transfer is fight wth him...or koi approach ho to wo laga do..i did this..and it worked in my case..

i hav never ever seen a single article who is happy wth his CA and praise him..ufffffffff why all of them are like tht...

u can tk transfer on medical ground...bt for that u have to show to institute u r not able to go to office max 3 months......means u hve to sacrifice 3 months articleshp...i think its not advisable to go for transfer if u have completed more than half of ur articleshp.....

sudhir..i think transfer is not allowed..bt the leaves are allowd on medical grounds...bt then also they wll extend ur articleship..i think so..i m not sure..once i talked to ved jain sir regarding this and he said..institute hav one policy..say NO to transfer

ofcourse transfer is allowed ....wht if environment does not suit to u...u cant work in that envirovemnt...for ex... water hi suit nhi hota hai...den u cant work for 3 n half year...
