The DVD has not been received till now.. I had sent a few mails, one to the President of ICAI, so somone contacted me from the Institute 
after 3 weeks.. They appologised 
for the delay in Hinglish.. And called me "Sir.. Sir" many times 
..
I said it is okay 
.. I don't care about the DVD 
, I lost just a DVD costing Rs 100
, it is not a big issue (I was already hopeless
), I am worried for my next purchase I have to make for next exams
, whether it will reach me or not..
They told me "no sir.. no.. We care for our students.. 100 or 1000
, price doesn't matter
.."
Their commitment, and polietness made me hopeful
and I waited for the DVD again
..
Still waiting after 9 months.. I didn't send them another mail or complaint.. I am still afraid to buy books online from ICAI
..
