Has anyone purchased icai materials online from icai site?

If you have purchased studymaterials or similar publications online from ICAI website, within how many days you got your order? And is there any facility to track our order status online?

[ I have ordered before 7 days.. Still waiting for the materials.. Hope to get it before exams starts.. ]

it will take approx 15 days if you will not get with in 15 days contact e sahayata they will reply you immediately.

it is not the mistake of icai . first i hav ordered one material and i got it on the third day through dtdc. then i ordered another set of materials and icai send it through xfas courier and it took 30 days reach and that too after making hundreds of phone call and complaints.

10 days max in my experience...and anytime above 12 days as anomaly.

It usually takes 7-10 days.There is no such order tracking facility online.However you can contact ICAI sales,Noida and ask about your order status.The Contact no. are: 0120-3045943/947/951

At last I got it today.. But Xfas courier had no agency even in the district I live. They sent it through ondot courier. Ondot courier delivered the parcel 50 kms away from the place I reside..

I had also ordered a DVD on 9th March, but It has not arrived yet.. So I have to go again to collect it when it is available..

[Institute had sent it on 14th March itself, but the delay occured because of bad service of Xfas Logistics Pvt. Ltd.]

ICAI dispatched the books I ordered online on 30/04/2014 throug X- FAS Courier but it is not yet reached in my address in Ernakulam, Kerala until today. ICAI sales office provided me with the tracking number and contact number of X-FAS courier staff and when I contacted them, they told me that they will check it up and call me back. They didn't called me or they are not attending my call now. Anybody can advise me wht to do for getting the ordered books.
