Yes because the rate is nil upto 750/- so in RCM also, when the rate is Nil, no RCM upto 750/- or 1500/-

Dear Sir ,
I have a Transport service business and my roll is hire vehicle from other Agent and supply to different Companies as per their requirement and I don't have my own vehicle, my question is that Is it exemted in GST ???? and 2ndly when I show nil or exemted outword supply culumn in GST portal then should I mention Inword supply in 3B ????
