My one of client is providing exempted and non-exempted services. His aggregate turnover exceeded the threshold limit but he did not register in the GST. Now what should I do to avoid for penalties?

Nothing can be done ...... obtain the registration at earliest.

Yes rightly stated that obtain the registration at the earliest possible.
