Gst refund upload error

I was uploading the application of gst refund statment 3..
I have downloaded version 2.0 ther no error found and I have converted to JSON also..
when I uploaded the json file to portal there it is showing uploaded file is invalid data format...
how can we solve this error ...
pls guide

Again file the offline return and upload json again

There can be many reasons for the error even if you are using the latest offline utility. The issue can relate to date format or b2c invoice etc.
