Gst mandatory
I filled Nil return for service tax every year twice and now i do not have any business even of a single rupees. I do not want to continue with service tax because i want to stop my business.Migration to GST is mandatory for every assesses or not ? If i do not migrate to GST, will my service tax registration stop automatically ? is there any chance for legal action against me ?

No need to migrate to GST, but advisable to clear ST liabilities and get regisration cancelled.
