I am having a proprietory firm engaged in distribution of FMCG products. I am installing a 8 kw solar system with panels for electricty generation on top of my office building. Am i eligible for GST input credit. Please inform about the depreciation also

If it is for business purpose, you can claim.
also can claim depreciation.
not sure of there is any specific clause for solar panels.

As per my view,
The said ITC is ineligible/blocked u/s 17(5) (c) and (d) of CGST act...
So, Reverse the ITC.
