Hi, can someone provide latest format of Consent letter for GST registration and is it compulsory to be printed on stamp paper or notarized?

NO OBJECTION LETTER
TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN

1. I am the legal owner of the premises situated at__________________________ (hereinafter referred to as “the said premises”).
2. I have no objection in (applicant name), my (relationship with landlord), using the said premises as the registered office of the Proprietorship / Partnership Firm / LLP / Private Limited Company/ Public Company.

Not necessary. But better to be printed on stamp paper to add authenticity.
