My client had filed an application for the GST cancellation which was also approved. But he had mention the date of cancellation 22/01/2020 instead of 22/01/2021. so what is the solution now for above problem.

Raise Complent with snapshot to Grievances residual at contact section on GST portal , Home screen right side down below .
