you have to submit GST- REG-16 form at the GSTN portal within a period of 30 days of the occurrence of the event warranting the cancellation ,including details therein of inputs held in stock, on the date of cancellation , tax payable , etc and reason for cancellation .

u have to file annual return as per the applicable provision i.e before 31st december.
Also, at the time of cancellation u have to file GSTR-10 within 3 months from date of canccellation or order of cancellation (whichever is later)
