greetings on my first posting.
ours is a proprietory concern. the legal name of the proprietor was changed in the pan card. hence applied for amendment of core fields in gst registration.
the first page namely business details - the new legal name was successfully input and the details were saved. but in the second page namely promoters/partners details - these details are not reflected. there is no option to amend or edit these details. the add new and delete buttons are greyed out.
hence there are different names in the two pages. hence the application is rejected with a validation error.
approached gst help desk. after escalating with technical team, offered no real solution. please advise how to successfully amend the core details. thanks
