My articles 3.5y completes on July2010. then when can i attempt final?

Really a great news for CA students.
if this then next may can v appear for final exam ah.. i wrote my pcc this june..
it will be a blessing guys!
lets see what they decide.
But according to me if the articleship period is reduced to 3yr then it will be for both new and old article assistant under PCC scheme.
Whether it is for old PCC students or not.......
My attempt is Nov 09,So will it be for me ?????????
