I wish to know the industry standard for fixing the following rates in relation to Valuation of Gartuity (Current Job): 1. Discount Rate, 2. Salary Growth Rate, 3. Withdrawl Rate. We are currently using 1. Discount Rate - 7%, 2. Salary Growth Rate - 5%, 3. Withdrawl Rate - 2%. Is it advisable to book Salary Growth Rate at 10%
