Formation of llp

contact the concerned ROC and ask him to put the form on 'resubmission' mode. then resubmit the form with corrections.

same querry as previous one stated bellow,

one of the directors status showing as NRi....

I have a query regarding Formation of LLP, I have sumitted LLP e-Form 2 "Incorporation Document and Subscriber's Statement" . In this form (Page No. 7 and Sr. No. 14 : "Whether addendum to e-form2 is requied to be filed") we have selected "yes" option by mistake. In this LLP there are only two designated as well as individual partners. And no addendum was required instead in actual. Due to this mistake the ROC is showing the processing status of "Pending for addendum to Form2". We are not able to fie e-form 32 untill the status is updates by ROC. Please help

I had encountered the similar problem. I have raised the ticket on MCA and they have resolved it by changing it status.

Please note we are not authorized to make any changes in this regard on our own. You are kindly requested to contact the ministry for approvals if so desired.

now one of the director in form  LLP1 selected  wrongly as Non resident 

i asked the same to ROC allowed me to select desig partner as resident in LLP 2 in resubmission but same is not possible as LLP 1 already accepted.

they said to proceed with non resident status and after incorporation do make change whatever mistake is there.... ie change DIN Status as resident by filling DIR 6 

is that right way that i am going for the same to LLP Formation?
