Dear all,
Are there any "special requirements" if a NR who is person of Indian origin starts a company in India and stays in India only. He wants to be director as well as shareholder of the company. is there any prohibition?

No special requirement is there for incoproration of Company if Director is NR and is of Indian origin and stays in India.
