in case of Employee, Formal acceptence of resignation is necessary.. resignation will be effective only when it will be accepted by the employer.. So acceptence is must in case of employment..
Try to get acceptence on paper.. if it doesn't work, then u shud refer CS Practice Notes etc, if any, issued by ICSI.. there must be some remedies available to CS in this case... if this also not works, then u can go 4 legal notice specifying the reasonable time limit for reply by company, if not replied within time then it will be deemed as acceptence by company for ur resignation...
