Ministry of Corporate Affairs has modified form 18 and w.e.f. 25/12/2012 the proof of the registered office is to be attached with form 18. In case the office is not owned by the Company and not taken on lease following is to be attached with form 18:
- No objection certificate from the director, if the office is owned by the Director and the company has not taken on lease; or
- A proof that the company is permitted to use the address as the registered office of the Company if the same is owned by any other entity / person (not taken on lease by the Company).
