While uploading form 15CA, in the nature of remittance there is no provision to select "IMPORTS". Does this means that this form is not required to be filled in respect of remittance for import of goods ?

Dear Preeti Madam,
You need to study following;
1) Section 195 sub-section (1) and sub-section (6)
2) Hyderabad Industries Ltd. v. ITO [1991] 188 ITR 749 (Kar.)
I assume the above information is enough to answer your query.
Thanks and regards

Dear Ajoy
Remittances upto certain amount for personal use is allowable without taking Form 15CA. For the limit you will have to talk with your banker for the same.
