No, once your Form 15CA is generated / uploaded on the Income-tax website it cannot be revised or modified. You can raise a new Form 15CA and file it with your Banker and also intimate the Income tax Department that the particular Form 15CA which was uploaded due to error is not filed with the banker by mentioning the reason.
On the other hand, you need to justify before the authorities when you receive notice from them.
