Please suggest if Form 10F under section 90(5) of the IT Act 1961 needs to be sent to AO under paper mode or online upload. Or it will be only kepy in office files.

I my view It should just be kept on record as before making a payment to a nonresident in a transaction subject to withholding tax, an India resident would require the nonresident to provide Form No. 10F.
Also, a nonresident should preserve any documents necessary to substantiate the information provided in Form No. 10F, as the tax authorities may require the nonresident to provide these documents to support its claim for treaty relief.
