In case we give FOC samples to our customer there is no GST, then how will the movement of these goods take place? Please inform will it be through delivery challan or the invoice rules are still silent on this point?

tax event is supply.hence FOc supply is taxable

Supply of goods as samples is not taxable under GST .
Delivery challan is required to be raised while making supply.

in case of free samples u have to reverse the credit attrubutable on free samples

Wether GST aaply on nominal value charged from customer or on transaction value in case of good supply at nominal value instead of FOC
