can some one help me to give important areas in Financial reporting for May, 2012, even topic wise. I am ok with other 3 subjects.

For Financial Reporting:

First wind up these chapters first:

1. Accounting Theory

2. Share Based Payments

3. Value Added Statements

4. AS- 30,31,32

5. Valuation

6. All AS- 1 to 29

After that have a look over Lengthy one..

7. Amalgamation

8. Holding

9. Internal Reconstruction & Corporate Reconstruction

Dear its a Professional Examination, u can't take risk of doing partly syllabus....

Just try 2 complete hw much is possible in remaining days in this order as pt 1-6 covers near about 65-70 % syllabus in least time....
