ER 5 is to be filed n April 30th of current year.
But when should ER-7 of 2009-2010 be filed ? In April 2009 or April 2010 ?

E R - 7 (Annual Capacity statement for the previous year is before 30 th april of the year)(eg : return for 2009-10 shall be submitted of 30th April ‘ 10
