I am also facing the same issue since 2 pm today.    It's not going away and if I make any change to the return it disables the option to both Save and Submit the return.

Alright guys, looks like there is a bug when we hit save and it gets lost in Limbo. So after waiting for hours I tried something that worked. Even if you have hit "Save" and you are stuck on "Last GSTR3B Save request is under process", log on to gst.cleartax.in, create and account, add your company details and click on file GST3B (don't forget to select August 2017). 

Now for the main part, use their portal to upload to GSTN portal, this is what pushes the "Last GSTR3B Save request is under process" and completes the save process. You do not have to add all your details on the cleartax website, but do remember all you previous work that you saved WILL be overwritten and you will have to add the details again. 

So please do not blame me for losing your work, but atleast you will get out of the "Last GSTR3B Save request is under process" limbo.

and i file more than 10 returns 

so try it via refresh or relogin or @ other platform (like internet explorer)

Despite loging with other platforms the problem persists

i wish you have used ClearTax Online Portal to get it done smoothly, without any fee.

When my return was stuck, i used every thing, from clearing cache to using other Browsers, finally, i used the above service to get the return uploaded and it only takes 3 to 5 minutes.

It simply pushes the return from ClearTax portal to GST-Portal and enables us to file normally using the GST portal

click window tab,and type emsigner and emsignerGSTN just click on that...restart your emsigner
