Day before yesterday(22nd Aug 17), they made changes on the portal and now the issue is resolved. In fact, yesterday we filed all of our returns and didnt faced any issues at all.

For people who facing the problem with dsc updation kindly login in with interner explorer 11(preffered) and update dsc in register/update dsc and try again filing the return. hope this helps

Wait for next day morning it will be solved & dont try to save it again just fillup the form and direct submit it.
